| Q. | How does the Huber 48 hour approval period work? |

new stock Huber Banjos are sent to their new owners on a 48 hour approval
basis; it is our standard policy. There are a few caveats, however, which
are important to take into consideration: 1) We must have full payment before sending the new banjo (including shipping) and the 48 hour clock starts once you take delivery. 2) Should you determine that the banjo is not for you, we will refund your payment upon return receipt of the banjo (post paid) in original condition (no visible marks, scratches or wear). 3) VERY IMPORTANT - should you make payment by credit card and choose to return the banjo after the 48 hour approval period, we will have to retain the discount which the bank charges us for the transaction. We are debited a fee of 3.5% to process the sale and another of 3.5% to credit your account after a return. This can be a substantial fee which we simply can not absorb as the cost of a customer test driving a banjo. If the return option is one that is important to you, we highly recommend that you send payment (in US dollars) by check or money order. If you had considedred making the purchase using a credit card, most banks will issue the funds as a cash advance which you can send to us. Wire transfer is also a possibility. 4) If you choose to order a highly customized Huber Banjo, we may not be able to offer the approval period as the customized banjo can not be sent along to the next new owner awaiting delivery of their Huber. Again, if the return option is important and you are considering some custom options, be sure to address this before placing an order. Some options will not affect the return policy while others may not. |
